TODAY'S S.T.E.M. LEGO CHALLENGE
When the creator of James Bond, Ian Fleming, wrote a children's story for his son, Casper, little did he know that it was to become one of the most famous cars in the world known and loved by many millions of children around the world. He called it, 'The Magical Car' and indeed with the ability to be able to fly and become a boat at the touch of a button it certainly was magical.
In 1968 when the story was filmed as a musical it became more than magical. It became a 'fantasmagorical' car and whilst the movie car looked nothing like the car in the colour illustrations of Fleming's original book, everyone knows its famous colours, shape and familiar red and yellow wings.
