Relationship Lessons

In accordance with the Education Act 2002 the School Governors have a policy on Sex and Relationship Education.  
 

At the Infant stage this will include basic hygiene and teaching an awareness of keeping safe.  


Specific Sex Education is not given but is dealt with incidentally as and when the topic arises.  


We try to answer children’s questions honestly and openly and with as much detail as the child seems ready to understand.  For example, correct body words are used.
