One of the best sessions enjoyed by the children of the Lego All Stars club at Dogsthorpe Infant School is the Robot building. IT's very much a part of our S.T.E.M. Learning.

Take a look at the video. Meet Boston Dynamics new robot, 'ATLAS'. It's not a Star Wars type of robot with a man inside it. It is a real robot that carries its power in a battery on its back. It has a laptop computer for its brain and it thinks just like a human being. Look how it walks & thinks.

It can walk, climb, lift and even pick himself up if he falls over. Watch the man try and confuse Atlas by moving things he is trying to carry and he even tries to knock ATLAS over. But still ATLAS learns and picks himself up and carries on. Ir reads QR Codes and decides where the boxes should go!

Your LEGO Challenge today is to build a robot out of Lego. Has it got legs? Or does it move around on wheels?
