Dogsthorpe Infant School presents...

TODAY'S  S.T.E.M.  LEGO CHALLENGE

Wherever we live in the world we can always look up into the sky at night on a clear day and see the Moon. Although the light from the sun can make it look like it changes its shape it has remained the same size for many thousands of years.

Have you ever looked up at the moon and wish you could visit it for the day?

To date, only 12 lucky people have walked on the moon. These being NASA astronauts from the Apollo missions.  NASA hopes to take more people to the Moon soon.

If you were lucky enough to visit the Moon, what one item would you leave behind there for other visitors to the moon to find?

Your LEGO challenge today (should you be brave enough to accept it) is to design and build a space rocket to take you to the Moon and back!

BE READY... BE SAFE... BE RESPECTFUL... AND... ALWAYS REMEMBER TO... ... ... DREAM... BELIEVE... SHINE.
