Off we go on more Learning Journeys on our new bus. To see Polar Bears at the North Pole and then Great White Shark hunting deep in the depths of the Pacific Ocean. Our next bus stop? The Rainforests of South East Asia!

OUR NEW YEAR 2 OUTSIDE CLASSROOM THAT LEADS TO OUR NEW LEARNING JOURNEY EDTECH-FILLED BUS WITH CCTV.
THIS RESOURCE WAS CONSTRUCTED AND COMPLETED IN JUST ONE WEEK DURING THE FEBRUARY HALF-TERM HOLIDAYS.
YEAR 1 CLASSES HAD A VISIT FROM 'HISTORY OFF THE PAGE' AND THEY LOOKED AT 'THE HISTORY OF TOYS'.
OUR BOOK WEEK TOOK PLACE IN EARLY MARCH 2019 TO COINCIDE WITH WORLD BOOK DAY ON MARCH 7th 2019.
'RUBY' - our new fully-trained Therapy Dog started work at Dogsthorpe Infant School and reguarly visits us to listen to our children read through our new targeted 'PAWS AND READ' project. Our EcoCouncil eco warriors led a recycling event and we led an Art workshop to support the wellbeing of our parents.
We invited all female carers into school on the Friday nearest to Mothers Day and we finished Spring Term 2019 with a celebration of our Drama Festival stars and with the judging of this term's Dogsthorpe Infants Family Challenge.
