Special Assemblies

Our assemblies are held to allow the school, parents and community to join together in celebration of the efforts and achievements produced by our staff and children.  The Governors have a duty to ensure that this is carried out in a safe and appropriate manner.  They therefore set out the following procedures which must be adhered to by all who attend.

• Pre-school children must not be taken into the hall. Parents are responsible for making their own childcare provision. However the school will provide a crèche (with limited spaces) where alternative arrangements cannot be made.
• Parents to be respectful and observe the ‘No Talking Policy' whilst the assembly takes place.
• Mobile phones must be switched off.
• Pushchairs must be stored in the school's covered cycle shelter and not taken into the hall.
